Leanne has just put the finishing touches on her chapter contribution to a Praeger Publishing two volume publication on "Feminism and Women's Rights Worldwide." The chapter is entitled "Working Life as a House - A Tale of Floors, Walls and Ceilings." The book also includes chapters by acclaimed writers on topics as diverse as body dissatisfaction and disordered eating, arranged and forced marriage, gender pay inequity, women's reproductive rights and preventing abuse of young girls and women. The book set will be released toward the end of 2009.
Leanne is collaborating with her colleague De Backman-Hoyle from Inspired Workforce Performers to revise the acclaimed program "Strategic Influence" This program became one of AIM's top 10 programs in the years since Leanne first developed it in 2002. We plan to launch the course in public program format early in 2010. It is designed to cater to change agents across government and the private sector who have to rely on personal power rather than positional power to get things done.
